State to publish harassment guidelines

With the state deadline for compliance to the AB 1825 quickly approaching, employers are scrambling to get their managers into sexual harassment training courses. San Francisco Shareholder Garry Mathiason points out that the "first and probably most important question the regulations answer is how to comply ... with regulations that will not be finalized until next year."
