As Texans head to the polls on November 8th, the highly debated Proposition 2 will be decided. Proposition 2 seeks to amend the state's constitution to ban gay marriage. Proponents of the amendment see no affect of the Propostion on the state's private-employer base. While opponents of the Proposition fear that it may impact domestic-partner benefits and will hinder Texas job recruitments and retention efforts.
