OSHA Steps Up Efforts To Revamp Whistleblower Program

On March 17, 2012, the U.S. Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration announced a plan to establish an advisory committee to improve its administration of whistleblower protections. Littler shareholder Gregory Keating provides commentary, stating, “This announcement continues a trend toward a recognition that the OSHA whistleblower program's star is rising within the [U.S. Department Of Labor], where it is being recognized as an important division.”
