
Owen T. Hill represents large and small employers in all types of employment-related litigation, specializing in complex employment litigation including multiple plaintiff, EEOC, and class action lawsuits. He handles cases involving:
- Claims of race, age, disability, national origin, religion and sex discrimination
- Sexual harassment
- Hostile work environment
- Retaliatory discharge
- The Fair Labor Standards Act
- The Family and Medical Leave Act
- The Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act
- The Sarbanes-Oxley Act
Owen has broad experience dealing with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, particularly in the context of class actions. He also practices before state and local labor and employment agencies.
Owen conducts training and counsels his clients regarding preventative employment strategies. He also counsels clients on a variety of employment practices and issues, including:
