Christina H. Hayes represents and advises employers in all aspects of employment and labor law. Her practice focuses on defending corporate clients in complex employment litigation, with an emphasis on class and representative actions. She also defends clients against individual claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination and retaliation. Christina appears in federal and state court, as well as before administrative agencies. She is experienced in all areas of employment law, including:

  • Wage and hour disputes
  • Wrongful termination

  • Discrimination
  • Retaliation
  • Breach of contract
  • Employer counseling and policy revisions 

Prior to joining Littler, Christina was a litigation associate at a national law firm, where she concentrated in business litigation and advised clients on complex and often cutting-edge legal issues. She represented and counseled clients across a wide range of industries, including the healthcare, technology, retail, and restaurant industries. Her practice focused on employment class actions, securities litigation, corporate governance, and white-collar defense. Christina also served as a judicial clerk for the Hon. Jerome A. Holmes on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, where she helped draft bench memoranda and opinions and gained extensive experience in appellate matters.  

During law school, Christina was the executive editor of the Harvard Human Rights Journal, a committee chair of the Harvard Human Rights Conference and a member of the Women’s Law Association.
