Anne Sweeney Jordan

Anne Sweeney Jordan has experience in defending employers and businesses in state and federal court lawsuits involving discrimination, harassment, wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, whistleblowing and retaliation. She represents California and nationwide employers at administrative conferences and hearings, as well as at mediation and trial.

Her practice involves assisting employers and their management personnel with a variety of day-to-day legal issues, including updating and/or ensuring compliance of employment policies and handbooks, employment termination issues, confidentiality and non-compete issues, public works and prevailing wage disputes, evolving workplace social media concerns, and employee or supervisor training.
