In this article discussing the successes of drug testing on workers, Littler's Nancy Delogu warns employers not to ignore that there are still drugs in the workplace. "There are more employers (testing)," she says, "It's great that the positive results are down, but it's a little preliminary. The drugs-in-the-workplace problem has not gone away."
