Federal Worker Discrimination Claims Rose in 2010: EEOC

According to a recent report by the U.S. Equal Opportunity Commission, employment discrimination complaints against the federal government increased nearly four percent during the last fiscal year.  Nancy Delogu comments, “The rise in federal sector claims is surprising because government jobs are thought to be less susceptible to the economic problems that conventional wisdom says drives upticks in discrimination allegations.”
