D.C. Circuit Strikes Labor Board's Poster Rule

In an interview with the National Law Journal, Maury Baskin spoke of the NLRB’s vacated rule that required companies to post a notice of employee rights under federal labor law, including the right to form or join a union. According to Baskin, “The grounds adopted by the court and by the concurrence are compelling and we hope will foreclose further appeals by the board.”
