Graniterock wins class action lunch break case

This article profiles the firm’s victory in the Brian Driscoll v. Granite Rock Company case.  The ruling, issued by Judge Kleinberg in Santa Clara Country determined that Graniterock was within the law when it allowed truck drivers to opt out of formal lunch breaks in exchange for extra pay and getting off work early.
