Benjamin Constine’s practice focuses on labor and employment law, including representing employers in front of government agencies such as the National Mediation Board (NMB), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the Department of Labor (DOL). Before joining Littler, Ben practiced at a large multinational firm where he focused on labor and employment matters, including large-scale collective bargaining negotiations and representation campaigns.
Outside of the office, Ben is an active member of the American Mock Trial Association. He is one of the coaches of the University of Virginia’s Undergraduate Mock Trial Team, which won the 2024 National Championship Tournament.
