Daniel Rhim is a seasoned trial attorney with extensive experience in all aspects of litigation. He focuses his practice on defending employers in complex class actions under Washington state pay transparency laws, and a broad range of employment law matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, accommodation, and wage and hour lawsuits. He also regularly represents employers in government audits and investigations.
Prior to joining Littler, Daniel represented insurers in third-party liability lawsuits. He also served as a deputy county attorney, focusing his prosecution on serious sex assault and domestic violence crimes. He handled numerous high-stakes cases and served as lead counsel at trial.
