Jeffrey C. Fasoldt, Jr. focuses his practice on employment litigation. Jeff works with national corporations as well as local clients in various industries, including retail, hospitality, healthcare, and transportation. He defends employers charged with discrimination, and wage and hour violations, at the agency level, as well as in state and federal court. He counsels clients on issues related to:
- The New York Labor Law
- The New York Human Rights Law
- Title VII of the Civil Rights Act
- The Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA)
- The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
Jeff also dedicates a portion of his practice to advising clients on employment policies and monitoring their compliance with applicable laws and regulations in both unionized and nonunionized environments.
Prior to joining Littler, Jeff practiced in litigation and real estate with a regional law firm. Previously, he was a judicial intern at the Northern District of New York with the Hon. David N. Hurd. During law school, Jeff was a member of the Syracuse Law Review.
