Monica S. Rodriguez

Monica S. Rodriguez concentrates her practice on advising and representing employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters arising under both state and federal laws.

Prior to joining Littler, Monica worked as an associate at a multidisciplinary national law firm, where she gained extensive experience helping her clients mitigate risk and resolve a broad range of commercial disputes.

During law school, Monica  served as a corporate counsel extern in the labor and employment department of an automotive manufacturer. She was the president of the SMU Women in Law organization and the administrative managing editor of the International Law Review Association.
