Benjamin Marble represents employers before state and federal courts as well as administrative agencies, such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Missouri Commission on Human Rights, and the Illinois Department of Human Rights. He litigates all aspects of employment litigation, including defending employers against claims of harassment, retaliation, discrimination, wage and hour disputes, and wrongful termination claims brought under the ADA, FMLA, Title VII, MHRA, IHRA, FLSA, MMWL, and other state and federal laws governing employment.

During law school, Benjamin was the chairman of the Board of Advocates for the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law and received the CALI Award for Trial Advocacy. Benjamin also competed as a member of the National Finalist Mock Trial Team and was selected to The Order of Barristers while receiving numerous awards for his efforts in the practice of trial advocacy.
