Jennifer I. Fischer represents and advises employers in a broad range of employment matters under both state and federal laws, including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. 

Comfortable in the courtroom, Jennifer has extensive litigation experience defending employers in a variety of employment-related claims including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination and the Conscientious Employee Protection Act. Jennifer’s employment litigation experience includes managing cases from inception to resolution, up to and including trial and appellate proceedings. In trial practice, Jennifer served as first-chair in three cases brought under the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination. Her record includes two directed verdicts and two jury trial wins in New Jersey state court. Jennifer has also defended dozens of companies that have been alleged of violating federal and state laws relating to website content and accessibility, including Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the New York State Human Rights Law, and New York City Human Rights Law.

During law school, Jennifer was a note and comment editor for the Catholic University Law Review and interned for the Hon. Judge Ramsey Johnson in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
