Danielle Van Katwyk concentrates her practice on the representation and counsel of management on a wide range of issues involving employment and traditional labor law across all industries. She has extensive experience defending employers in litigation in federal and state courts nationwide, including litigation involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and various other legal theories. Danielle also partners with employers of all sizes to handle restrictive covenant matters, including related litigation and advisement of protection of trade secrets and restrictive covenant agreements.

With respect to counseling, Danielle regularly provides employers advice and strategies regarding employment policies, employment agreements, employee classification and hiring, corrective action, and termination. She also routinely represents employers in mediations and settlement dealings.

Prior to joining Littler, Danielle worked for a national labor and employment law firm in their Connecticut office. There, she worked on litigation matters nationwide, including New Jersey and New York, for employers in all industries.
