Angela Healy is a member of the Littler CaseSmart team and is based in California. As Program Director of Littler CaseSmart – Charges, Angie's role involves ensuring successful implementations of the LCS platform and managing client relations; providing financial oversight for administrative agency charges; and hiring, training and supervising an experienced team of LCS Counsel. She has been a vital member of the LCS team for many years – serving first as an LCS Counsel focused on administrative agency charges, and later in managerial roles, including Team Lead, and, most recently, Program Manager for LCS – Charges. Throughout, Angie has helped lead numerous initiatives that contributed to the ongoing growth of the LCS platform.

Angie has nearly two decades of experience practicing employment law and served as a shareholder at Littler earlier in her career. She has defended employers in a range of litigation matters, including complaints of harassment, discrimination and wrongful termination; breach of employment contract cases and whistleblower allegations. Angie’s background also includes extensive experience handling administrative agency charges from investigation to conclusion.

Previously, Angie was an employment defense litigator with extensive experience handling complaints of harassment and discrimination as well as wrongful termination, breach of employment contract and whistleblower cases. She has represented clients of all sizes, from Fortune 500 companies to small independently owned businesses. Angie handled all aspects of defense from initial investigation and interviews, through formal responses, depositions, all forms of discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, both formal and informal, and ultimately through trial, both jury and bench trials. 

Angie practiced in both state and federal court as well as before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), California Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH), Labor Board and Workers' Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB), in addition to consulting clients with recommendations for conflict resolution, problem solving, handling of performance reviews, disciplinary matters, and prevention of harassment and discrimination.
