Coming August 1, 2019: Preparing for the Texas Paid Sick Leave Wave

On August 1, 2019, the Dallas and San Antonio Earned Paid Sick Time Ordinances will go into effect. These ordinances will require most employers to provide paid sick or safe time to eligible employees working within the cities of Dallas and San Antonio.
