Víctor Cabezas Albán focuses his practice in labor law and ESG strategies. For more than 10 years, he has been advising leading companies in labor restructuring, litigation and international employment programs.
He has advised companies of mass consumption, food, construction and technology in complex labor operations.
Víctor is the director of a flagship ESG project at the Wharton School of Business and an international lecturer and aprofessor at universities in Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and the United States.
