Daniel Kim delivers clients with strategic labor relations advice that aligns with their ultimate business strategy on issues arising out of mergers, acquisitions, and business reorganizations as well as their day-to-day operations. He regularly advises clients on the business implications of collective bargaining and other labor management issues and is an experienced advocate for management at the bargaining table in even the most contentious of labor contract negotiations.
Drawing upon his experiences as a federal law clerk, Daniel also maintains an active litigation practice where he represents employers before federal and state courts, administrative agencies such as the National Labor Relations Board, and in arbitration.
Prior to joining Littler, Daniel served in the United States Marine Corps where he led Marines and Sailors at the platoon and company level. During law school, he was the executive online editor for Notre Dame’s Journal of Law, Ethics and Public Policy.
Previously, Daniel served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. John Robert Blakey of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
