Daniel Gaspar advises employers in all areas of labour and employment law, including employment litigation, human rights, labour arbitration, employment standards, labour board proceedings and occupational health and safety, as well as general day-to-day decision-making in both unionized and nonunionized environments.
During law school, Daniel received several prizes and awards for academic achievement and finished within the top 10% of his class in each year of study. Prior to law school, he received a Master of Industrial Relations and Human Resources, graduating with the highest academic standing in his class.
