Overview

Brooke Baledge represents and advises employers in a wide range of labor and employment law matters, including wage and hour class actions, PAGA actions, wrongful termination, and discrimination/harassment cases. She is also passionate about advising employers on traditional labor law issues, including collective bargaining negotiations. Brooke loves the client-facing aspect of her job, and enjoys solving complicated problems to help businesses flourish.

During law school, Brooke served as both a staff member on the North Carolina Law Review, and the president of the Labor and Employment Law Association. Additionally, Brooke worked alongside the writing department as an Honors Writing Scholar, where she received the Gressman-Pollitt award for outstanding oral advocacy.

Prior to joining Littler, Brooke gained extensive labor and employment experience interning for the U.S. Department of Justice’s Immigrant and Employee Rights section and the National Labor Relations Board’s Los Angeles office.
