Overview

Bradley Fink represents management clients in a wide range of labor and employment matters.

Prior to joining Littler, Brad spent 14 years with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). Most recently, he served as a supervisory attorney in Denver. In this role, he appeared in Federal District Court on a 10(j) petition. Brad also coordinated and oversaw the region’s litigation during this period. During his first 12 years with the NLRB, Brad worked as a field attorney in St. Louis. He gained extensive litigation experience, handling a multitude of matters before Administrative Law Judges. He also investigated hundreds of unfair labor practice charges and managed representation case elections.

He spent his first two years after law school clerking for Judge Lawrence Hagel at the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims in Washington, D.C. Before law school, Brad was an officer in the U.S. Navy, stationed on a frigate outside of Seattle.
