Stacey James, Littler Shareholder and Commission Plan Specialist, will provide a clear overview of California’s new law requiring written commission agreements, including:

  • An explanation of what kinds of incentive compensation programs qualify as commissions under California law and are covered by the new law
  • Advice on what to include in a written commission plan
  • A discussion about the impact an employer faces if it fails to comply with this new requirement
