Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act went live on January 1 of this year, subjecting all employers with even one employee in Colorado to onerous, first-in-the-nation requirements to include salary range and benefits in job postings. Colorado employees now must be informed of all promotional opportunities company-wide – even if they are objectively unqualified. This half-hour discussion of practical strategies for compliance and an update on the pending legal challenge will be followed by a 15-minute Q&A session.
